This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12805B23Q0880 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04.

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area has a need to purchase a Fluorescent Source and Filters for Leica M165C Microscope. The Government intends to award firm fixed price purchase order.

The requirements are in further detail in the attached Requirements Documents.

In order to be considered for award, Offerors shall respond by addressing all of the requirements in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Have an Active SAM.gov registration and complete the Representations in FAR 52.204-24; the Representation and Certification section should also be completed electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov

Failure to provide the required information in the requested format may result in quotes not being considered for award.

Attached Provisions/Clauses including the Buy American Act apply to this RFQ and any subsequent award.

This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for bid/proposal preparation costs.
