Special Notice Special Notice Page 2 of 2 *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 2 Request for Information (RFI) The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23) is conducting market research pursuant to FAR Part 10 to determine if sources are capable of satisfying our agency needs. This notice is not a solicitation as defined by FAR 2.101, it s only for information and planning purposes only, therefore it shall not be construed as a commitment by NCO 23 to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict NCO 23 to an acquisition approach. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. All information received in response to this notice that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. All information submitted in response to this notice is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23) is requesting information from potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide a pharmaceutical database to aid pharmacists and other clinicians supporting approximately 1495 operating beds in their clinical decision making across VISN 23. Additionally, the database must provide Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits. The anticipated Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 513199 All Other Publishers is 1000 Employees. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement is provided. Interested parties must be able to submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities.
