22 August 2023: UPDATE: In response to questions received from interested parties, added a Questions and Answers document. Extended closing date/time for questions to 29 August 2023 and closing date/time for responses to 22 September 2023. This RFI constitutes market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 and is not an RFP. PM AAA is releasing this RFI to determine if more than one interested party can provide a Commercially available off-the-shelf / Non-developmental Item (COTS/NDI) replacement for the SEA LV2 SRU-43/P. Under normal conditions the current SEA LV2 SRU-43/P provides approximately 24 breaths for egress through 20 feet of water. This replacement shall provide at a minimum 150% more breathing air then the current SEA LV2 SRU-43/P. The replacement breathing air cylinder and its components shall not obstruct the function of the above listed support equipment and shall not impact form, fit, and function of the LPU-41/P. Additionally, PM AAA will not provide Government Furnished Equipment or Government Furnished Information for this RFI.
