This will be awarded as a trade-off, a single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for non-personal services for the removal of wood shelves and installation of OSHA-compliant pallet racks for the National Severe Storms Laboratory in Norman, OK, in accordance with the incorporated Statement of Work.
