This is a formal RFQ with attachments is for painting the front and back decks and flagpole at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR) Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory (GLERL) office at Muskegon, MI.

New construction project: Non-personal services, to provide all equipment, labor, and materials (Unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for: painting the front and back decks and flagpole of Lake Michigan Field Station (LMFS) Building 1.

The period of performance is from date of award through 10/01/2023.

This is a 100% small business set aside in accordance with FAR Part 13 under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.

NAICS 238320 with a Size Standard of $19.0M

Firm Fixed Priced contract will be awarded in accordance with the trade off criteria in CAR 1352.213-70. Reference the attached construction clauses and provisions with all terms and conditions that all vendors must be in compliance with in order to be eligible for award.

Vendors must provide all documents listed in 1352.213-70 to be eligible for award.

This is a new contract. There is no incumbent.
