The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Inc. under the authority 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The NAICS code is 513210. The purpose of this requirement is to procure TeamMate software services and maintenance.

THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION. This is not considered a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Request for proposal (RFP). No solicitation document is available and telephone request will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of quotation or offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the contract will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
