The event must focus on improving knowledge and skills in trail building and maintenance, biking safety, and mechanics. In addition to a timed bike event, the event must offer hands-on training opportunities to apply the acquired knowledge. The Period of Performance is September 25, 2023 – December 15, 2023. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 611699 with a small business size standard of $16.5 million.

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71023Q00091 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by August 25, 2023. Evaluation factors may include Certification as a Trail Builder, Certification as a Bicycle Mechanic, Ability to meet the Period of Performance Schedule, and Price. Quotes will be due on or by September 8, 2023. The acquisition is unrestricted.
