The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for restroom upgrades for Schafer Dam, Success Lake, California.

Project Description: The objective of this requirement is to demo one existing restroom, removal/disposal of debris associated with the project to an offsite location, purchase, and placement of one (1) new prefabricated concrete cast waterborne restroom, connection to existing utilities to include water, electrical and sewer. Includes all associated incidental requirements to complete installations and meet ADA requirements and state and national building codes.

This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors. The size standard is $19 million. Product Service Code is N054, Installation of Equipment: Prefabricated Structures and Scaffolding.

The solicitation will proceed as a 100% set aside for small business entities and is estimated to be issued on or about August 25, 2023, with offers due tentatively on September 20, 2023. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm offer due date/time.

If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
