The Library of Congress ("Library") is the world’s largest library. Its mission is to support Congress in fulfilling its constitutional duties and to further the progress of knowledge and creativity for the benefit of the American people. The Library, through its Office of Communications ("OC") requires professional services in support of the conceptual development of a general-interest podcast series (“Podcast Series”) highlighting the collections, services and staff of the Library of Congress, to be produced and distributed by the Library.

Part of the Librarys mission is to connect diverse communities of users with the its collections and services, enabling and inspiring them to engage, learn, and create. As we continue to engage the public with the Library’s collections, experts, and expertise, the Library has the opportunity to develop a signature Podcast Series based on Library materials to highlight its unparalleled collections and services in a storytelling format.

Offeror questions are due by 12:00 PM EST on June 20, 2023. The Librarys responses to offeror questions will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation.

Proposals are due by 12:00 PM EST on July 7, 2023.

Amendment 0001 provides Attachment J-3 which contains responses to offeror questions. All other terms and conditions are unchanged.

Amendment 0002 provides a revised Attachment J-3 which includes a response to question 38. All other terms and conditions are unchanged.

Amendment 0003 cancels this solicitation due to a change in the Librarys needs.
