The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Armaments Center (DEVCOM-AC), intends to issue a sole source Request for Proposal (RFP) to COMAIRCO Equipment Incorporated, 3250 Union Road, Cheektowaga, NY 14227, for the following items:

• Compressors with 300 pounds per square inch (PSI) capability and at least 950 cubic feet per minute (CFM) flow rate at 350 horsepower (MODEL - LS20-TS-350)
• Air-Storage Tanks with two (2) filters capacity of 10,000 gallons for each tank (20,000 total) able to sustain 300 PSI compressors.
• Safety Relief Values (electronic drains and pressure gauges)
• Heated Desiccant Dryers capable of 400 SCFM at 300 PSI
• Oil Water Separators (1500 CFM system) (MODEL -- F10304IDC 1500 CFM SYSTEM)
• flanges
• 300 PSI Rated Filters, 350 PSI rated tanks, and 300# fittings
• Compressor Enclosures
• Upgraded Starters (for the compressors)

This sole source RFP is in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. See attached Sole Source Justification and Approval Under FAR 13.501 PDF.

The applicable NAICS for this effort is 423830 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The resultant contract period of performance shall be 12 months.
