This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and in conjunction with FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC), No. 2023-04 Effective June 2, 2023. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a 100% Small Business set-aside request for quotation for the commercial purchase and delivery of one (1) DAMAS 26K ((Domestic Operations) (DOMOPS)) Airlift Modular Approach Shoring to include (1) Weight Single Kit inside Container (WSC) in support of Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Lackland, TX (See attachment 1, Product Details Tab). All responsible and capable small business sources are encouraged to participate.

Quotes Due. Vendor quoted documents in response to this RFQ shall be provided via email to the POCs listed below NLT 14:00 PM (CDT), 30 August 2023.

Solicitation Questions. Vendor questions in relation to this RFQ shall be provided via email to the POCs listed above NLT 11:00 AM (CDT), 25 August 2023.

Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.

Notice to Quoters: Funds are not currently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. The Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any quote’s costs.
