The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to inspect, perform hydrotesting, and make repairs to the CO2 fire suppression system on the USACE Crane Barge Leonard, moored at the Brandon Road Lock & Dam until September 22, 2023.

The work includes:

• Hydrotest (7) – 100 lbs CO2 cylinders
• Recharge (7) – 100 lbs CO2 cylinders
• Hydrotest (7) – CO2 Hoses
• Install (5) – CV98 Valves (Replace old Ansul CV90 valves)
• Install (2) – Actuator Levers for CV98 Valves
• Recharge (2) – 20 lbs Fire Extinguishers

Total price shall include all labor for the certified technician, supervision, tools, supplies, parts, delivery of supplies, hazardous waste disposal, overhead, transportation, and environmental fees necessary to complete the repair.

The work shall be completed by September 22, 2023.

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation.

OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.
