Applicable NAICS: 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Due to the continuation of need it has been determined that these services are only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award the contract on or around October 1, 2023 to Omnicell, INC., 590 E Middlefield RD, Mountain View, CA, 94043; UEI: L5KFJWTBJDN5, Cage Code: 00VE9. Period of performance: October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2026. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals.
