This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice; responses/quotes are being requested, further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be posted to the SAM.gov Contract Opportunities website as a 100% Small Business Set Aside.

The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA462523Q1102, as a Request for Quote using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, & FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332410, with a small business standard of 750 Employees.

The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Commercial Award. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through:

Description: This requirement is for One (1) Boiler with an associated Flue System & one (1) Circulator Pump for BLDG 1120, Two (2) Boilers with a Flue System for BLDG 3019, in accordance with the Salient Characteristics (See Attachment 1)Place of Delivery/Performance/Acceptance/FOB Point: Whiteman AFB, MO 65305 (Exact address will be provided in the purchase order.) FOB Destination.

RFQ due date: 30 AUG 2023

RFQ due time: 12:00 P.M. Central Standard Time

The quotes must be sent to cris.hernandez@us.af.mil and marina.zapata.1@us.af.mil as stated below. Electronic submission of Quotes is required. All Quotes and related documents shall be submitted via e-mail. The e-mail must arrive at the designated time specified in the solicitation to be considered responsive and considered in the evaluation process.
