NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source, firm-fixed supply contract for one Borgi dynamometer (R0675) Controls Upgrade to PowerTest, LLC, N60W22700 Silver Spring Dr., Sussex, Wisconsin 53089-3966, CAGE Code: 9W788. The contract will be a one-time procurement. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 334519 - Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing, the size standard is 500 employees, and the product code is 6695 – Combination and Miscellaneous Instruments. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements”. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Simplified Acquisition Procedures at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 13.5. Solicitation number W911N2-23-Q-0041 will be released on or about 23 August 2023, with a closing date on or about 6 September 2023. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
