PR11931509 Terrace Fence Replacement at a Residential Property in Budapest, Hungary

The Embassy of the United States of America in Budapest, Hungary is now looking for interested contractors for the installation of a new terrace fence at one of the Embassy’s residential properties located at 34 Mátyás Király út, 1125 Budapest, Hungary. The work includes the removal of the current wooden fence and the installation of a new, pre-painted aluminum fence with 4 gates. The value of this construction effort is estimated as: “between $25,000 and $100,000”. The completion is to take place in September, 2023.

All firms that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform such a service. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal:

• Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in HUNGARY
• Be able to understand written and spoken English;
• Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work;
• Have good experience and past performance records;
• Be able to demonstrate prior construction experience with suitable references;
• Have all licenses and permits required by local, Hungarian law;
• Meet all local, Hungarian insurance requirements;
• Agree to provide performance protection in the form of bank guarantee for 5% of the net contract price
• Have no adverse criminal record;
• Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interest of the United States of America;
• Be registered or ready to register in the SAM database at www.sam.gov
