Additional time for questions will not be provided once the official RFP is released. This draft is being issued solely for information and planning purposes. This draft does not guarantee a formal or official solicitation (Combined Synopsis/Solicitation) or a promise to issue one in the future. This does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsover. The Government is seeking any questions related to the attached draft documents. The Government is not seeking proposals at this time. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this draft solicitation. Documents available for review are attached. All document provided are draft, notional versions and the Government may add, remove or change them before the solicitation is released.
