SOURCES SOUGHT  The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease approximately 19,025 net usable square feet (NUSF) of clinical space in Tampa, Florida for use by VA personnel, furnishings, and equipment for the Dermatology and Micrographic Surgery Clinic.  125 parking spaces are required. A lease up to 20 years will be considered.  Proposed Property shall not be located within the 100-year flood plain. The space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 29, 2024. The lease space must be fully serviced to include all utilities, landscaping, trash removal, and janitorial services.  Lease space within the following boundaries will be considered: North: Bruce B. Downs Blvd East: Interstate 75 South: East Bougainvillea Ave West: N 23rd street and Bruce B. Downs Blvd  A market survey of offered properties will be conducted by VA staff.
