NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Stryker Sales, LLC, 3800 E. Centre Avenue, Portage, MI 49009.

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.”

This requirement is for preventative maintenance and comprehensive repair services that allow for continual operation of the Government-owned Stryker Power Stretchers, quantity of (4), Power LOAD, quantity of (3), Stair Chairs, quantity of (3), and Life-Pak 15 Cardiac Monitors, quantity of (3), at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort, SC.

A formal solicitation was not developed, but the informal Requests for Quotes (M6700123Q1063 and M6700123Q1091) will be provided upon request. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. Responses must be received by email at the Contracting Office no later than 12:00PM EST, 16 August 2023. The point of contact is Arlene Williams at arlene.d.williams@usmc.mil.
