This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Antiquities/Archival Display Cases prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quote (RFQ) with a solicitation number of 140L5723Q0059. This requirement is for display cases for the exhibition of relics and antiquities entrusted to the Bureau of LandL Management. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 337215: Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing with an Industry Size Standard of 500 employees. The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract using "ALL or NONE" basis to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose material is technically acceptable, price is lowest, and is considered fair and reasonable.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for display cases for the exhibition of relics and antiquities entrusted to the Bureau of Land Management. These cases will be used to display artifacts and items from the John Jarvie Ranch. The cases are needed to keep the items preserved and secured. Product dimensions are attached. Colors shall match and be either dark oak or walnut.

Basis For Award: This will be a Small Business set-aside Award. This will be awarded a under Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract structed with a Lowest Price Technically acceptable (LPTA) selection process.
