NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT- US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS (USACE}_Huntsville Engineering& Support Center- has a requirement for services for (1) Comprehensive Project Management Services; (2) Comprehensive Equipment Planning Services; (3) Equipment Purchasing Services; and (4) Delivery, Final Turnover and Close-Out Services at multiple Army Prepositioned Stock (APS) locations throughout Germany, Belgium, Poland, Japan, and Korea .
The IO&T Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Initial Outfitting and Transition Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement.

The Government shall consider all request for solicitation material received by 21 August 2023 1400 PM CST. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafied capability to fulfill the requirement. The contractor must meet the terms and conditions of the base contract in order to qualify for this award. USACE, will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
