The request for Quotations No. 75H71023Q00083 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 8/16/2023.

Evaluation factors may include:

1. Performing almost 100% of consecutive day’s coverage
2. Key Personnel – Training/Experience, License/Registration, Availability of start date to end of contract.
3. Percentage of previous award completion.
4. Price

Quotes will be due on or by 8/30/2023. The acquisition is Buy Indian Set-aside (specific to Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services)
