This is an Amendment to this solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, to Extend the Responses Due Date in this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Only one award will be completed from this solicitation. All Interested Vendors who have already submitted Quotes, and do not wish to update their Quotes need only to complete Blocks "8" and "15A-15C" and submit ONLY the SF30 Documents PAGES 1 AND 2 for both Amendment #1 & Amendment #2. Those Vendors who have submitted Quotes, but do wish to update their Quotes at this time, and/or other vendors who have not yet submitted quotes and would like to at this time, must complete both of the the SF30s as stated above,and by completing Blocks 17a and 30a-30c on page one of the SF1449, and all highlighted fields within the SF1449 (SECTIONS B & F), noting Section E, the Evaluating Factors. Return All THREE Documents in their entirety with all required documentation listed in Section E, by the Due Date/Time.. INCOMPLETE QUOTES OR LATE QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE. The Q&A and Photos are all attached with the two SF30s and the SF1449.
