This Solicitation is a Request for Quote, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures, for a firm fixed priced construction purchase order.

The USDA ARS requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to Refurbish bldg. 4 and 29A. This project is located at Building #4 and 29A, USDA ARS MS State at 150 Twelve Lane, MS State, MS 39762.

A site visit has been scheduled for Monday, August 21, 2023 at 10:00AM CST.

For the site visit, we ask the following: The names of any visitors, and whether or not they are US citizens (if not, they should bring a passport).

Quote must be received not later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time Wednesday, August 30, 2023.

All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to jessica.pacheco@usda.gov by COB, Friday, August 25, 2023. Questions that are not submitted in writing or that are not submitted by the deadline, may not receive a response. Questions/answers discussed at the site visit will not be binding on the resultant contract unless submitted in writing and incorporated into the solicitation by amendment.
