The Arkansas Army National Guard 106th Army Band is requesting Name Brand or Equal for the Stage Lighting Kit that is authorized per CTA 50-909, Table 78, LIN 94893N and 98604N.

Prospective Offerors are strongly encouraged to read the attached Memorandum For All Prospective Offerors in its entirety.

Equivalent item or items shall meet or exceed the items and models listed on the attached Excel Spreadsheet. Prospective Offerors wishing to quote an exquivalent item or items shall submit with their quote package the clear and descriptive specifications, warranty, and photo(s). Brochures are acceptable, but not mandatory.

Delivery is requested by 14 September 2023. If delivery is expected to take longer, then the Prospective Offeror shall stipulate the number of DAYS ARO.

All pricing shall be FOB Destination to: Camp Joseph T. Robinson, USPFO Warehouse, Building 318 Missouri Ave, North Little Rock, AR 72199-9763

Quotes are due by 1:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, 16 August 2023.

All questions shall be submitted in writing to monica.d.walker.civ@army.mil by 1:00 PM CDT on Monday, 14 August 2023. No questions shall be answered telephonically.
