The Naval Air Systems Command, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, intends to procure, on a sole source basis to FranklinCovey, 2200 West Parkway Blvd, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84119-2099, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People training, for several three-day (8- hour) courses to the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) workforce.

Classes will be a mix of virtual and in-person training. The award will be a firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (FFP-IDIQ) contract with an ordering period of 5 years. This solicitation is expected to be released on or around 14 August 2023.
