This is a presolicitation notice. The request for quote will be posted on or around 8/13/2023. The following is a brief description of the Governments requirement:

The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Building Services (PBS) Building Information or Control System Technology Policy mandates that all building technologies which require network or internet connectivity must utilize the GSA network. As software and hardware platforms reach an End of Life (EoL) for manufacturer support, these systems must be upgraded to remain connected to the GSA network. Each of these facilities have a JACE600 as the network building automation controller. In each instance the JACE600 is the sole JACE for the facility and connects to the GSA network via ethernet switch. These controllers have reached end of life and Tridium no longer supports these devices for software updates and or licensing

Within the scope of this project, the goal is to upgrade the two JACE600s to JACE8000s and migrate the Fall River SSA JACE onto the existing GSA Massachusetts Niagara 4 Supervisor The Houlton LPOE JACE8000 will reconnect the the buildings GSA ethernet switch.

In addition the contractor will update the Fall River SSA BAS graphics, alarms, and trends to comply with the GSA Region 1 Graphics Design Guide and rename the BAS points to be in compliance with the GSA_Data_Normalization_for_Building_Automation_Systems_v2.5.

The Houlton LPOE is currently under renovation and only a JACE600 to JACE8000 swap and SMA license upgrade is needed.

This document is designed to outline the steps you will be required to complete in order to upgrade the Building Automation System (BAS) and migrate onto each respective Niagara 4 Server.
