Amendment 0002 incorporates changes to the proposal due date, schedules a second site visit, and documents answers to questions submitted by contractors. See Amendment 0002 (SF30) for details.

Amendment 0001 provides 4 pictures and 3 drawings of the containment pit, and provides the attendance sheet from the site visit held on 25 July 2023. Attachments will not be posted in the System for Award Management (SAM) site and need to be requested from the listed Contract Specialist via email only, londres.e.medranda.civ@army.mil. DoD SAFE will be used to send attachments.

Project: Advanced Corrosion Control Facility (ACCF) Pit Lining at the Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD)

In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of magnitude of construction project:

Between $100,000 and $250,000.

This is a total small business set aside.Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract will be awarded to the responsible contractor with the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.

A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 25 July 2023 at 9:00 AM CDT at the Corpus Christi Army Depot. This will be the only site visit scheduled. Inform the primary point of contact listed in the solicitation by 3:00 PM CDT, 21 July 2023, if interested in attending. Attendance is not mandatory to submit an offer.

Submission Requirements: Contractors must submit a capability statement and information about the chemical resistant lining to be used in order to be determined technically acceptable.

All questions are to be submitted to both the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer listed in the solicitation by 3:00 PM CDT, 1 August 2023.

Due Date: Contractors must submit offers by 3:00 PM CDT, 14 August 2023.
