PAVING INDEFINTE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY RFP

Project Title: Paving IDIQ
A. Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Contractor to provide Paving construction services at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB), TN.

B. The proposed contract(s) shall be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contract with a period of performance (PoP) of five years after the contract start date (no options).

C. This acquisition is a 100 percent Small Business set-aside program. The assigned NAICS Code is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, small business size standard of $45M.

D. Magnitude of this contract(s) program will not exceed $7,000,000.

E. Projects under the resulting contract will be issued in the form of Task Orders.

F. Original Proposals/offers, including all Past Performance Questionnaire responses must be received no later than 25 Aug 2023, 2:00 P.M. (CST) at the location specified in Block 7.

G. The Paving IDIQ site visit will be held on Wednesday, 9 August 23 at 9:00 AM CDT (Ref: 52.236-27, Site Visit (Construction) - Alternate 1). Participants will meet at Visitors Center, Main Gate, Bldg. 111, Arnold AFB, TN. Please arrive 2-3 Hours prior to the scheduled visit for visitors badges. A Government representative will provide guidance upon arrival. Offerors are responsible for their own personal protective equipment. All prospective Offerors are highly encouraged to attend this site visit and are advised that this will be held for the purpose of explaining the concepts in the Seed Project and the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation.
