Little Rock Airforce Base (AFB) is looking for a contractor who can satisfy the Governments need to supply and service portable toilets. This will be a Base plus Four option period contract.

*NOTE*

1. Please understand that this requirement is not yet funded, and will be funded with FY24 funds.

2. Please understand the winner of the contract has 3 weeks after award of contract before its services are needed for the LRAFB Airshow.

3. There will be a site vite on August 3rd, 2023 at 0930 at LRAFB. Please confirm your attendance with Mr. Stephen Alexander at stephen.alexander.10@us.af.mil or Ms. Amanda Davenport at amanda.davenport.2@us.af.mil NLT 1500 CST on 28 July, 2023.

4. All questions must be submitted via email to the POCs attached by 9 August 2023 NLT 1100 CST.

In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. A complete quote consists of the following:
a) Complete the unit price, extended price, and total price blocks along with all information required in the table requesting company information, including vendor signature.
b) Fill in required provisions and clauses. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed.
c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission
