DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes as being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

REQUIREMENT: Promotional items needed such as water bottles, canvas bags, bibs, pens, pill box organizers and jar lid grippers to support Retiree Appreciation Days, Maternity and Job Fairs at Womack Army Medical Center. There will be approximately 6 to 7 fairs year with approximately 500 attendees for each fair. Contractor must have the ability to imprint the Womack Army Medical Center logo on each item.

CLOSING DATE: 10:00 AM (EST) , 11 August 2023.

OFFEROR SOLICITATION SUBMISSION NOTES:

1. This combined synopsis solicitation DOES NOT include the use of a SF 1449. Therefore, an authorized offeror shall submit on company letterhead acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the solicitation. The letter shall be dated
and signed with signature.

2. Complete/return the solicitation and the representations and certifications. Offerors must complete and return copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212- 3 (see FAR 52.212-3(b) for those representations and certifications that the offeror shall complete electronically).

(i) Offerors must acknowledge and return a completed Solicitation and,
(ii) Offerors must acknowledge, sign and return all Solicitation Amendments.
(iii) An SF1449 is not provided with this combined/synopsis solicitation all offer
submitted must be submitted with/on a signed company letterhead.
