The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance and repair services for the VoiceOver- Voicebrook Voice Recognition systems. A service contract for a base year and four (4) one-year options is anticipated and shall be awarded. Due to the proprietary nature of the equipment, a factory certified field service technician from Voicebrook, Inc. is required software maintenance and support services which may consist of software updates, troubleshooting, remote troubleshooting, training, and re-training for users, adjusting, replacing hardware s. Furthermore, Voicebrook, Inc. has recently entered into an agreement with GovSmart, Inc. for them to act as the prime contractor and sole representative for Voicebrook s products and services on the NASA SEWP V Contract (GovSmart s Contract #NNG15SD11B, Group B_HUBZone Small Business). All quotes and invoices will be issued on behalf of GovSmart, Inc. Orders are to be issued to GovSmart, Inc. All business will be conducted in accordance with the SEWP V Contract.
