This is a Special notice for Commercial Trucking Solutions in Okinawa Japan.

Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform hauling services of General items, Containers, Perishables, Truck Tractor, Chassis Trailer (Low Bed, High Bed or Flat Bed), Ammunitions/Explosives, Wrecker Service and Oversize Cargo.

In order to meet the requirement described above, the Government contemplates establishing multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with local vendors in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A BPA is is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies or services by establishing "charge accounts" with qualified sources of supply.

- The estimated program ceiling is $25,000,000 (or Yen equivalent).
- The projected ordering period will be 60 months.
- The projected individual single call limitation for designated non-contracting authorized callers is $25,000 (or Yen equivalent).
The Government reserves the right to add and remove BPA holders from this requirement.
