The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Point Mugu, CA is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) as solicitation N6893623R0028 , using the procedures in FAR Part 19.5 small business total set-aside and FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the acquisition of five (5) G3 Recorder Systems. Items made outside the United States will not be accepted. The Government will not accept refurbished or gray market hardware. All hardware components/parts must be in new condition and purchased from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or from certified manufacturer resellers. Items purchased through an online marketplace such as eBay or items that have been refurbished are not acceptable. See the attached solicitation (SF1449) and specification sheet for complete details and additional instructions regarding this requirement.

ALL prices and quantities shall be guaranteed valid for 120 days from the response date.

Delivery: The items shall be priced at Free On Board (FOB) Destination, located at Point Mugu, CA. The vendor shall deliver the G3 Recorder within the required timeframe or due date specified on the resultant contract. Late delivery will not be accepted and will have a negative impact on the vendor’s performance for future Government procurements.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334513 and the size standard is 750 employees.
