This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number for this requirement is RFQ 75D301-23-Q-76990 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the delivery of Large Vario LN2 Freezers.

This acquisition is set aside for small businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334516 and small business size standard 1000 employees.

This is a brand name requirement, please see the attached brand name justification and the Buy American Act applies to this procurement.
