The United States Military Academy’s Department of SocialScience (SOSH) seeks to
elevate the overall cadet experience in Mahan Hallthrough the development of design
products that provide a cohesive feel between select first, second, B and C floor
hallways, conference room shared spaces to communicate SOSH culture, recognize
previous award winners and ambition for the future and Thayer 4th floor Rotunda
Display cases.

The SOSH Department requires the contractor to provide the following services (1)
design space and wall displays, (2) fabricate and installation of wall (3) cleanup work
sites prior to departure. The contractor will also provide all the materials,parts and labor/machining service assembly, manufacture and testing of all displays once completed with the installation. POP 9/1/23 thru 2/29/24.

Site Visit Instructions:
All interested vendors in the Visual Branding Displays, W911SD-23-R-0178, shall attend
a mandatory site visit to observe the site for the installation of the Visual Branding
Displays, at Mahan Hall Building 752 and Thayer Hall Rotunda Building 603, Cullum
Road, West Point, N.Y. The purposes of attending the site visit is to submit your best
competitive Price.
The Site Visit will take place on Tuesday, August 01, 2023 at 10:00 am. Eastern
Time, at Building 603 first, Cullum Road, West Point, N.Y. (West Point Club). We
will meet outside in front of MICC, Building 681, Hardie Place, West Point, N.Y. All
interested offerors must attend the site visit in order to be considered for
award.

confirm you will be attending the site visit. Please confirm your attendance no later
than Monday, July 31, 2023 by 1 pm. Eastern Time. Every interested offeror
must send the name of the company, company representative’s name and
representative’s phone number to the e-mail address listed above.
Directions for entering West Point:
All visitors must go to the Visitor Center, in Highland Falls, NY prior to entering West
Point for a Visitor Pass. The Visitor Center is located at: 2107 New South Post Road,
West Point, N.Y., 10996. The Visitor Center is open from 6 am. to 6 pm. Monday –
Friday. Any person with a criminal record, will not be allowed to enter the gate. TO
GAIN ACCESS TO WEST POINT PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A PHOTO ID
(VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE) AND BE PREPARED TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE
SUBJECT TO A SEARCH. Please allow an hour before the meeting to go the
Visitor Center to ensure you will have a Visitor Pass.
After receiving the Visitor Pass, you can enter West Point, at the Thayer Gate Entrance,
near the Visitor Center. Please drive to the the location, Building 603, Cullum Road,
West Point, NY., where we will meet outside. Parking will be located in parking lots
along Cullum Road. Please allow time to walk to the site.
Please be on time for the meeting.
