Im looking for a manufacturer of a heating element, flexible, perhaps silicone, that will fit around a roll of ceramic poker chips (see attachment for size). The poker chip is 39mmx3mm. I will use the heater for sublimation to create images on the edges of the poker chips (see photo of chip). The sublimation process requires the following:
120 volts
Tightly knit or closely aligned wiring of the heater wire to ensure a constant and even distribution of heat across the the entire edge of the chip (he poker chip measures 39mmx3mm).
Designed with a controller that reliably controls (holds) the temperature at the desired temperature for the desired amount of time. Temperature up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and up to 999 seconds.
Clamping should be sufficient to apply constant even pressure across the roll of chips. Ideally the pressure would be adjustable, from light to firm.
This unit you make will be used for testing purposes, and possible refinement. Quantities past testing will to be determined at a later date. In image001, the GREEN represents the roll of pokers chips.
If this is something you would be interested in making, I would appreciate an estimate of what the proposed unit would cost and what your time frame would be for producing the unit.
The machine unit must be included in the quote as part of the overall produce. See attachments.
