Overview:
The purpose of this RFP is to seek proposals from suppliers for the production and supply of a high-quality pickleball bag for women, along with the potential to manufacture pickleball paddles as well. We are looking for a long-term partnership with a reliable supplier.
The initial order will consist of 100 units of pickleball bags, and we require a sample to be provided within the next 2 weeks for evaluation.
Custom coloring options for the bags are essential, and aesthetics are an important factor in the selection process.
Pickleball Bag Requirements:
The bag should be specifically designed for womens use.
It should feature a racket holder in the front of the bag, capable of securely holding one or more pickleball rackets.
A water bottle pocket should be included, designed to accommodate standard-sized water bottles.
The bag should have a dedicated pocket to store pickleball balls, providing easy access and secure storage.
Aesthetically pleasing design with attention to detail is required, allowing for customization of colors and branding.
Pickleball Paddle Requirements (Bonus):
If the supplier is also capable of manufacturing pickleball paddles, please provide information regarding this capability.
The preferred paddle specification is a midweight design, weighing between 7.3 to 8.4 ounces.
Paddles should be constructed using composite or graphite materials, ensuring durability and performance.
Proposal Submission:
Interested suppliers are requested to submit a comprehensive proposal that includes the following:
Company background and experience in producing pickleball bags and paddles.
Product specifications, including materials, dimensions, and weight (for both bags and paddles).
Pricing details for the pickleball bags and paddles (if applicable), including any customization options and discounts for larger orders.
Production capacity and estimated lead time for manufacturing and delivery of 100 units of pickleball bags.
Samples of previous work, including images or physical samples of pickleball bags and paddles.
Any additional information or value-added services that may enhance the proposal.
