Aluminum Cast heater Disc with a center hole and 2 -terminals at the edge (Соединенные Штаты Америки - Тендер #42677889)

Hi,
We are making small appliances for North America market.
We finished the RD stage and are in the pilot phase of boosting up the markets.
We are looking for an Aluminum cast heater with the below specifications.
Aluminum Cast Disc heater with a center hole and 2 -terminals at the edge
1) 1 KW power at 110 V AC (Not 120 V, important)
2) Aluminum Cast Disc dimension
2-a) Diameter = 203 mm 0, -0.1 mm
2-b) Thickness = 12 mm /- 0.5 mm
2-c) Center hole = 30 mm 0, -0.2 mm
3) One side of the disc should be smooth and flat for good thermal contact.
4) two electric terminals
4-a) 2 terminals are on 30 mm width flat side at the discs side edge (see the attached pdf)
4-b) 5 ~ 6 mm long insulation ring
4-c) 10~12 mm of M3 x 0.5 mm thread with 2 nuts per each terminal, for electric connection
4-d) total extension from the discs edge to the end M3 x 0.5 mm thread pole is < 24 mm
Could you send us the quotation with the below information, ASAP?
A) Order quantity = 2, 20, 100, 250, 1000 pcs
B) Maxium operation temperature.
C)Lead time before shipping
D) Delivery time and cost
E) We need the first 2 pcs for design checking and intial testing. Then, we will order more.
F) Can we include the previous order amounts in the next order?
For example, if we pay $20 for the first 2 pcs, can we pay $80 ($5/pc x 20 pcs -$20) when ordering 18 pcs later? (the price number here is just for explanation, not real price).
