NASA/Headquarters (HQ) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Headquarters Operational Support Services II (HOSS II). HOSS II will provide management, labor, tools and all equipment necessary to ensure operational support services are performed at the Mary W. Jackson NASA Headquarters building. The contractor shall provide facilities support services including mail center operations, mail list and database services, postal design and mailing classification services, mail screening services, service request help desk operations, office and equipment moving services, facilities maintenance services, driver/courier services, executive driver services, and overall program management.

The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.

This acquisition is a competitive 8(a) set-aside.

The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 561210 and $47 million, respectively.

The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about June 8, 2023 with an anticipated offer due date of on or about July 11, 2023.

All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the

agency.
