THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The 105th Airlift Wing of the New York Air National Guard located in Newburgh, NY intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary for a bldg. 107 interior renovation and HVAC work in Newburgh, NY (Orange County). The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: removal of existing carpet, tile, base cove and replace with new paint, tile, carpet tile, outlet covers, and cove base. Replace existing door hardware on double exit doors. Office lighting, outlets, switch covers, etc. Repair by replacement of the existing HVAC components: Condenser, line sets, bearings and evaporator coil.

The contract duration will be 45 calendar days after notice to proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.

The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 06 June 2023. The tentative date for the preproposal conference (site visit) is on-or-about 16 June 2023, 10:00AM local time, location will be in the solicitation. All questions for the pre-proposal conference must be submitted by 13 June 2023 via email to kevin.fenner.1@us.af.mil. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements that will be shown in the upcoming solicitation. Anticipated Solicitation Close Date will be 07 July 2023.
