The following Specifications and Requirements are needed for rental of a 30k Forklift.
1. Must be a propane fueled forklift.
2. Must be able to lift loads to 20 to 25 feet.
3. Provider must deliver and pick forklift.
4. Provider must provide required maintenance.
5. Provider must give a training for any specifics to that rented forklift.
6. The forklift must be able to lift 30k.
7. This will be 1year period of performance with (2) 6- month option periods.
8. The unit shall NOT have Wifi/Blue Tooth ability & no cameras.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to receiving an award. Refer to website https://www.sam.gov/ .
