The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Contracts Department, Code 02 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, on a sole source basis to Ensign Bickford Aerospace and Defense (EBAD), for Mk 70 Booster Pressure Cartridges (Drawing Numbers 9600 - 4040, Rev. H and 1030-0102-004) for assembly in ordnance at Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division. The contract will consist of a Base Year and four (4) 12-month options. The Government will require the following: NSWC IHD requires a contract for fabrication, in-process inspection, test, and delivery of the pressure cartridges in accordance with Drawing Numbers 9600-4040, Rev. H and 1030- 0102-004.

Award is expected to be made in FY23 Q4, with deliveries and quantities specified in Table 1.0. Place of performance is at contractor site. Delivery destination is NSWC IHD and will be specified in the subsequent contract award.

This synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) database via the website https://sam.gov/content/home with a projected release of FY23 Quarter 3.
