David Grant Medical Center (DGMC) on Travis AFB, CA has a requirement for Software Maintenance of the Carefusion Systems Manager. The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Software Maintenance services for Carefusion Infusion Pump System as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as governement furnished property and services.
Objectives: Scheduled Training, Unscheduled Support, Telephone Support, Software Support, Services Reports.
Period of Performance: Base year and four Option Years
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY
This Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP), or promise to use a future RFQ or a RFP.
This Request for Information (RFI) is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services.
This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will
be
solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued.
Respondents are requested to provide the following information:
1. Business name and address
2. Name of company representative and their business title
3. Business Size and Type of Small Business (if applicable)
4. Cage Code
5. UEI Number
6. Brief capabilities package demonstrating ability to satisfy all the requirement in the Performance of Work Statement.
Vendors who wish to respond to this RFI should send responses via email no later than 23 June 2023 by 12:00 PM Pacific Time to nadine.umunyana.rw@us.af.mil.
