The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a task order to Johnson Control for ongoing maintenance services. This acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13 “Simplified Acquisition Procedures.” The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 561621.

In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government’s requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of firm fixed task order. In accordance with FAR 6.305(a) the justification will be made publicly available within 14 days after award has been made. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.
