PRESOLICITATION NOTICE PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Interior Signage The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem, Virginia has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and supervision necessary to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Interior Signage project as required by accompanying drawings and specifications/documents. This project outlines both the demolition and new work associated with the Interior Signage Project at the Salem VA Medical Center (VAMC), Salem, Virginia. FAR 36.204(f) Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS CODE: : 337214 - Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing SBA Size Standard: 1,100 Employees This solicitation is anticipated to be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.
