The contract will provide Audiology equipment calibrations for the Finger Lakes Health VA System, specifically, Rochester Outpatient VA Clinic, 465 Westfall Road, Rochester, NY 14620, Canandaigua VAMC, 400 Fort Hill Ave, Canandaigua, NY 14424 and Bath VAMC, 76 Veterans Ave, Bath, NY 14810. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than May 30, 2023, at 2:00 pm, EDT. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses will be considered. Annual and semiannual calibrations will be arranged between the COR and the Audiology team. Contracting Officers Representative (COR) at least 30 days before on-site maintenance is scheduled to be conducted. IV. Safety Contractor shall take safety precautions as determined by the COR. No tools or equipment shall be left unattended. All work areas shall be clean at the close of the day and in the same condition as before work started.
