The Pacific Northwest Division of Battelle Memorial Institute (Battelle), Management and Operating Contractor of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), on behalf of the Department of Energy, supports programs for the Department of State (DOS), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), and other Government sponsors. These programs require Battelle/PNNL to plan, organize, and provide coordination/logistic support for domestic and international events, trainings, and workshops. At this time, Battelle is actively seeking experienced contractors who are interested in performing event coordination/logistic work in support of these programs. The contractors may be required to secure a venue, audio visual equipment, arrange catering, make travel arrangements, provide interpretation and translation, distribute meal per diem and other expenses, and other support as outlined in the attached sources sought document and example Statement of Work.

Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the services outlined in the attached sources sought document and example Statement of Work must submit a response and capability statement by 4:00pm PST on June 16, 2023 to Katie.Henderson@pnnl.gov. The response and capability statement must include all information required in the submission instructions outlined in the sources sought document. A virtual industry day presentation will also be available for those interested parties who would like to find out more information about the domestic and foreign event coordination/logistic work.
