The United States Government, through the Regional Contracting Office, Italy (Vicenza Office), intends to procure a IDIQ contract for the subject as follows. The intent of this letter is to advertise the upcoming requirement for as many potentially interested companies. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES NEEDED: This is a requirement to provide taxi and interpretation services to housing office customers. These services include: 1) transportation to and from available rental quarters; 2) transportation to and from local utility companies, facilitation with opening and closing utilities procedures; 3) interpretation and translation for housing related matters; 4) private rental unit assignment inspections in the presence of landlord and tenant/s, annotating the general conditions of the property; 5) assist with application procedures for Codice Fiscale for all in-processing personnel; 6) assist with application procedures for Vicenza downtown Zona Traffico Limitato (ZTL) area driving permits; 7) liaison support between Private Rental occupants and property owners, realtors or designated point of contacts (POC). PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The work under this contract will be performed at USAG - ITALY, VICENZA. METHOD OF CONTRACTING AND AWARD: The method of award will be clearly indicated in the Request for Quote (RFQ). TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) CLINs DURATION OF CONTRACT: The contract period of performance is for a base period and four ordering periods.
