DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) RFQ solicitation to procure ONE (1) HEAT TREAT FURNACE with contract performance period of 365 days ARO.

Complete Purchase Description VIBB 23-40-1000 dated May 11, 2023, for all requirement items included as a part of the solicitation.

Request for Proposal SPE4A8-23-Q-0036 is anticipated to issue on or around June 15, 2023.

FOB will be at Destination, Inspection will be at Origin, and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 208a Shall Apply. The solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside with Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources procedures. Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.
